Suzanne Gray

Suzanne Gray joined Twin City Management in February 2005 as Assistant Vice President. From 1996 until 2005 she was employed by United Dominion Realty Trust as Community Director of Beechwood Apartments. She has been in the apartment industry since 1989, actively managing and training as a Certified Training Associate in North Carolina and Virginia for Lincoln Property Company and Crosland Properties. From 1994-1996 she was publisher for the Triad Area Apartment Guide. Ms. Gray graduated from Elon College in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Accounting and is a licensed real estate broker.

Jacqueline Morelli

Jacqueline Morelli joined Twin City Management in February 2005 as Regional Property Manager overseeing 14 properties totaling 1,563 units. She has been involved in the multi-family industry since 1998 when she began her career as leasing agent for Brown Investment Properties before being promoted to Property Manager. From 2001-2005 she was employed with Pickering & Company and began her tenure as a multi-site property manager. In 2002, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager and later to District Area Manager with responsibility for nine properties totaling 1,174 units. Ms. Morelli has earned Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, National Apartment Leasing Professional and is a licensed real estate broker. She has been an active volunteer of the Triad Apartment Association since 1998 serving on multiple committees. Ms. Morelli was the recipient of the 2006 Regional Manager of the Year award, recognized by the Triad and National Apartment Association. She is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership Greensboro.
